1. Who we are

2. Using this website

By browsing this website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

3. What we sell

We sell digital products (ebooks, planners, calculators and templates) delivered as downloads. We may also sell physical products such as deskmats; these are marked "coming soon" until they are available to buy.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR) and include any applicable taxes. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, PayFast. We do not see or store your full card details.

5. Your order

After you pay, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product was listed at an obviously wrong price, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment through a download page and an email link. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Refunds and cancellations

See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002.

8. Licence for digital products

When you buy a digital product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself. You may not resell, share, copy for others, or publish our products or any part of them. All content on this website and in our products belongs to StackSmart.

9. Information in our products

Our products give general education and practical guidance. They are not financial, tax or legal advice, and we do not guarantee any income or result. Please get professional advice for your own situation.

10. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to your order. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
