This policy applies to orders placed on stacksmart.co.za, operated by STACKSMARTSA (PTY) LTD, trading as StackSmart (reg. 2026/330732/07).
Digital products
- You can cancel a digital order for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you have not downloaded the product.
- After downloading, contact us about cancellation or refund requests. We review missing, faulty or incorrect files and duplicate purchases under our Refund Policy, which provides a 30-day refund-request window. Downloading does not remove your statutory rights.
Physical products (deskmats, when available)
- You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched, for a full refund.
- After delivery, you may cancel within 7 days of receiving the item (cooling-off period under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act) by returning it unused in its original packaging.
How to cancel
Email mongwegeloa@icloud.com or call +27 61 479 5539 with your order number. We confirm your cancellation within 2 business days, and refunds are paid back to your original payment method through PayFast within 10 business days.
If we cancel your order
We may cancel an order if a product was listed at an obviously wrong price, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights available under applicable South African consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act where they apply. The request periods above do not replace any statutory rights.
