Refund policy

Digital products

This policy applies to digital downloads sold by StackSmart, including AI at Work: A Beginner's Practical Guide. Digital files do not need to be returned by post. Packaging, tags and return shipping do not apply.

30-day refund-request window

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your digital file. If your download has not been delivered, contact us within 30 days of purchase. This request window does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

We review requests for missing downloads, faulty or unreadable files, delivery of the wrong product, and duplicate purchases. Please also contact us about other concerns; we review them on their individual circumstances and in accordance with your legal rights. Downloading a file does not remove your statutory rights.

How to request help or a refund

Email mongwegeloa@icloud.com or call +27 61 479 5539. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a brief explanation of the issue. Do not send full card details or passwords.

For download problems, we can resend the link or provide a corrected file where appropriate. We will let you know the outcome of your refund request. Any repair, replacement or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Approved refunds

If your refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.

Cancellations and your rights

For order cancellations, see our Cancellation Policy. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights available under applicable South African consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act where they apply.
