How do I get my files after paying?
Straight after checkout you'll see a download page, and the same download link is emailed to you. Check your spam or promotions folder if it hasn't arrived within a few minutes.
What formats are the files?
Ebooks and guides are PDF, so they open on any phone, tablet or computer. Calculators, trackers and planners are spreadsheets that open in Google Sheets or Excel. Templates and prompt packs are PDF or plain text you can copy from.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Everything is designed to be readable on a phone. For the spreadsheets, the free Google Sheets app works well.
Do I get updates?
Yes. When we improve a product you already own, you get the new version at no extra cost through the same download link.
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your file, or within 30 days of purchase if it has not been delivered. We review missing, faulty or incorrect files, duplicate purchases and other concerns in accordance with your legal rights. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Downloading a file does not remove your statutory rights.
Can I share the files with a friend?
Your purchase is a single-person licence. Please don't share or resell the files — it's what keeps the prices where they are.

When are deskmats available?
Our first deskmat range is on the way. Join the mailing list at the bottom of the page and you'll hear first.
Do you deliver across South Africa?
Yes, deskmats will be delivered nationwide by courier. Digital products have no delivery at all — they're instant.

How do I pay?
Through secure checkout. Your available payment options are shown on the payment page.

First check spam and promotions. If it's still missing, send us your order number through the contact page and we'll resend it.
